Kimber is a NSCA certified Strength and Conditioning Coach who holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Exercise and Sport Science and Spanish, as well as a professional athlete competing with the USA women's national rugby team. In 2013, she earned a bronze medal at the Rugby 7s Women's World Cup in Moscow, led the team as fly half in the 2014 World Cup in Paris, and has competed with prestigious programs such as Scion Rugby Academy and Harlequins.
As a coach, Kimber works closely with teams to take their performance from good to exceptional. From auditing skills programs, in-season and off-season training, and coaching tactics to working one-on-one with athletes' nutrition and sleep patterns, her expertise is changing the face of American rugby. She is best known for her contributions to launching a national championship Olympic Development Academy in Scion Rugby, and her work with Central Washington University's high performance program led them to a national championship final.
